Mr. Al-Mehdi offers psychological testing and assessment services to help clarify diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans. Drawing from his experience conducting assessments in educational settings, he provides evaluations for ADHD, learning differences, and other mental health conditions.

Education & Work Experience

Mr. Al-Mehdi earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2019 and have been practicing ever since. His clinical training includes practicum experiences at Detroit charter schools and the Detroit Recovery Project, a substance abuse treatment center, providing him with diverse perspectives on mental health care.

For several years, Mr. Al-Mehdi  worked in multiple schools conducting special education testing and assessments, which enhanced my understanding of learning differences and developmental challenges. This experience, combined with his work in community mental health with individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, and various life challenges, has shaped his comprehensive approach to therapy and assessment.
