Core Values
McKenzie is guided by a deep commitment to empathy, self-awareness, and resilience in her work as a testing psychologist. She believes that a strong, trusting rapport is the foundation of any meaningful evaluation — one where individuals feel seen, respected, and at ease throughout the process. Her approach to psychological testing reflects these core values:
- Empathy: Creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment so that each person feels genuinely understood from the first interaction.
- Self-Awareness: Guiding individuals to develop greater insight into their cognitive strengths, learning styles, and emotional patterns through the evaluation process.
- Resilience: Framing results and recommendations in ways that highlight each person’s capacity to grow and navigate challenges.
- Positive Mindset: Approaching every evaluation with optimism about what is possible, and delivering feedback that opens doors rather than closes them.
- Improved Self-Esteem: Ensuring that individuals leave the process with a clearer, more affirming sense of who they are and what they are capable of.
