At Ann Arbor Therapy & Testing, Jordan believes that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience, where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges and building the skills needed for growth and resilience. Her approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based interventions.

Jordan believes that trust, autonomy, and self-confidence are essential in treatment. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel heard and valued, helping them build the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-esteem.

Education & Work Experience

Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to working at CNLD, Jordan completed her master’s practicum at the University of Michigan Dearborn’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) providing individual and group psychotherapy to college students. She has also worked for Michigan Medicine as a psychometrist, conducting neuropsychological testing with a wide range of patients across the lifespan. Most recently, Jordan worked for a practice providing individual psychotherapy across the lifespan and assessment primarily with children and adolescents.

Interesting Facts

When Jordan is not working, she enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. These activities keep her balanced and remind her of the importance of connection, adventure, and self-care—values she encourages her clients to cultivate as well.
