Insurance
Ann Arbor Therapy & Testing bills BCBS and BCN insurance companies directly. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance company prior to the appointments to determine coverage and reimbursement.
Payment
After each interview/session at Ann Arbor Therapy & Testing, an itemized statement of services will be provided. Please plan to pay at the time of service. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact the practice manager by calling (734) 388-4440.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can reschedule the appointment time. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged for a portion of the time (excluding emergencies).
If you miss an appointment, you will also be charged for a portion of the missed time. Therapy clients will be charged for the missed session if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Waiting Area/Clinic Guidelines
The entire office suite is non-smoking. The office has WiFi available in the waiting area, so please feel welcome to bring your laptop. Various magazines and parent resources are also provided for you to read. Games and toys are available for child clients to play with while waiting or during breaks. Snack foods and drinks are permitted in the waiting area only.
